A $30 fee came out of my account that I didn't authorize. It caused me an overdraft of $25 extra dollars so a total of $55 I have lost. My bank is investigating this problem. I don't understand I haven't filed or filled out any applications or talked to anyone for this. I reallly don't even know what this is for and can't get threw to them on the phone with the number my bbank gave me.
