I contacted Instant Phone Credit about a loan and after declining the loan they deposited an unauthorized loan in the amount of $700 from "itsmypayday.com" and Cash Guardian debited my account $29.95 on 8-14 because of Vantage Funding. This caused a $35.00 overdraft fee. Vantage Funding is an off shore pay day scam. Today 8-16, Vantage wrote a check against my account for $30.00. I have now frozen my bank account and Wells Fargo is investigating the issue (claim #s issued). Vantage's phone is 866-740-7066. I spoke with "itsmypayday" (Ralph and Jenna) @1866-342-3085 and supposedly they are in the process of taking back the loan amount of $700. I spoke with Meg @ Cash Guardian and they are supposed to be refunding the $29.95 (conf#issued). We'll see how all this plays out. I have also made a police report though locally they cannot help because it is an offshore scam. As of today, 8-16, no refunds or reversals have occurred.
