St. Clair County CPS stole my child from me on July 29 and I have never been able to get her back.
They took her from a location unknown to me and then hours later barged in my home without a search warrant and went through all of my personal things, including my prescription medicines. They did this illegally, however, at the time I was unaware of what they were actually doing. Then they proceeded to tell me that they had my daughter in their custody, for what reason, I still do not know. Then after processing her, they placed her in an abusive foster care home which I reported over and over to the social worker assigned to my case, Kathleen Frizzle - Haggerty. I then reported it to her supervisor, Ken Snyder. Nothing was done. So I reported it to the Director, James Newald and he also did nothing.
My daughter was thrown out in the cold to walk the foster home dog without any coat on in the middle of the winter and then she was drug across the room by her earlobe.
