St. Maarten No response to fraud complaint!

Princess Jewelers is completely ignoring my complaint of their fraudulent sale to me of a ring purported to be an aquamarine in 14K gold that turned out to be a piece of glass in a base metal ring. Have they changed their name? Don't they care? Is complaint a waste of time? I am out $400 and the fraudelent business is free to rip off others.
