Received text from 951-902-9443 saying I won a Target $1,000 gift certificate. I did not go to the web site as I did not enter such a contest. Biggest complaint is HOW DID THEY GET MY CELL NUMBER??? I do NOT give it out. I have pay per text and don't appreciate this.
