I received a call about a debt they said I owed to Providian Bank. I filed a bankruptcy in which a Providian Bank debt was included. They lied and said the debt was taken out in 2006. They also said it was under my former name (which hadn't been used since 2003). The guy was obnoxious and rude, told me to pay my bills, yelled at me, said he didn't have to abide by the bankruptcy code or laws.
This is a bill, if it was done in 2006 isn't even mine and I told them that. I had been monitoring my credit report and there was nothing on my report for this debt.
