I am a physician that received a cell phone call from someone representing Yellowpages Local Directory. I did not approve any services from them however got billed saying they have confirmation by voice recording. I listened to the voice recording with my voice saying 'yes' to everything. I did not say yes to all their questions. I believe one 'yes' was copied and pasted. I did not pay their invoice and subsequently sent to CC Recovery with Lisa Langford. She has threatened to report to credit bureaus.
