I ordered a box set DVDs of Little House on the Prairie, through this website: http://cheqoot.com / Now I cannot even get into that website. Last week and again yesterday I was able to get into the site and submit a concern that I have not yet received my product even though they took the money from my VISA on November 7th. All I want is my product to be shipped to me. If that cannot happen, I want a refund to my VISA. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you, Wendy
