Ordered free trial, before the trial was up received two more shipments. These two were returned, which they have no record of, cancelled future shipments, was billed for one more and never received it. First contacted them about this in August, have called a total 4 times. 3 out of the 4 times they were VERY rude, one of them hung up on me. Please help!!
