They put unsatifactory safety record on my dac report and i had 200.000 miles safety awards with them they gave me what can i do about that

I had an incident where this guy tried to go between the turn and he hit my trailer and before that happened i was given a 200,000 miles safety award an what can i do to get my dac cleared up
