I was terminated by cypress for a so called chargeable accident. I went to court and was not convicted of the citation issued me, by an incompetent state trooper, who refused to investigate the accident. The power hungry safety director at cypress did his own investigation and determined I was at fault. So much for standing behind his drivers... This accident involved no injuries or fatalities, only damage to another vehicle. The worse thing is due to Cypress having only unsafe and faulty equipment, I had one landing gear leg fall out of its place and drag while I was pulling, the other remained in place. This happened on the company lot with sorry company equipment. But the safety director (alias Adolph) gave me a chargeable on my record for it. I did an otherwise good job for them but now can not get unemployment or another job... Who made cypress God anyway?...
