I ordered cleats on the 17 October and never received the shoes. I cancelled the order through PayPal, and sure enough I received an email. They asked me why I cancelled the order and insured that the shoes had been shipped. I reordered. They never replied to any of my following emails. A Ups tracking number could not be provided. All the promises on they web site are not true. Thanks to PayPal I received my money back on 25 November.
