Ec'd a check of $3,750 drawn out of my winning[$230,000] to pay for my nonresident tax fee [$1,950] w/c is payable to a tax agent through the services of Money Gram and has to do 2 different transactions. They want me to call them/him before I can use the check and for very important verification purposes. They advised me to contact my claim rep./agent [Michael SETH] for further directives.
