Received a check for $3,750 drawn out of my winning to enable me to pay nonresident tax 1,950.00 to UK. The tax is payable through a tax agent through Western Union Money Transfer. After taxes are paid, I receive a second check which will be the balance within 24hours $146,250.00. Delivered by special deliver within 24 to 48 hours from the time I pay the taxes.
