Since I know I didn't enter any contests with Target last month I enterted the number I received the following text message from, and came up with similar scam complaints.
Text Message received: Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs.
