I Received a scam text message claiming: "your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code (#) to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs." This text message cost me 15 cents to receive as I do not have a text messaging plan. I do not know where they got my cell phone number. I have used this number to enter contests before and was tempted to check out the website, but I used usacomplaints.com to check the validity of the offer before I was duped
