Thirty eight years ago my husband and I bought two lots in Fairfield Glade, we were told that this property would be completely developed within a five year period. Not any of the sales pitch was ever followed through.
Over the 38 year period (my husband now deceased) and I paid Community Club dues, and taxes including cost of financing the lots, over seven years some $40,000 which is now down the drain.
This scam has finally come to light now, and I only hope others will come forward with their complaints.
