An item that i ordered and paid for has never been deliverd. When ordered i was told mid oct. The only way you get to speak to a person is if you call the order line. The last time i spoke to anybody was on 7th nov when they said a cheque would be sent for £16.99 to cover postage and 10% off the item it would take 15 days for this. Today is 17 days a very long time for a cheque to arrive and why cant i just have my money back
