This Chilis restaurant still allows smoking. I know that it's hard to believe in 2011 they would still allow that. The lady at the bar said it was because this particular city had not banned smoking. I call b.S. On that as a restaurant can set their own rules, just as no shirt, no shoes, no service. It is my guess the manager/owner is a smoker.
I guess they are willing to run off the 88% of us that find this offensive. When an asthmatic has an attack, they might just own this place. It amazes me Chilis corporate allows this.
Sadly, it was a nice Chilis. I left early because of the smoke, you have to wonder what this is doing to their bottom line.
If you like fresh air don't go there.
