My family stop to eat there and i forgot my purse. I left the restuarant heading back to laredo when i realize i had left my purse there. We had to turn around and head back to the burger king. I tried calling the phone listed to no avail. I get there and the young kid that was at the cash register got very nervous when i ask him if someone had turn in my purse he said yes but could not look at me in the face. Another employee comes with my purse and said a customer had turned it in. I started to look in my purse and everything seems to be there except an ibc bank envelope with 411.00 were missing i file a police report and when the manager was ask about surviellance camera's he responded that they were not working at that time. The manager appeared very nervous when he was been question by police. All i am asking is for my money to be returned as it was my money left for the month. Plus the manager said in front of me that there were too many people that go there from mexico and laredo which i took offense to that because i am hispanic. The employees were the last people with my purse in there pocession. I hope that something will be done. The amount of money was (4) 100.00 dollar bills and (1) five and (6) one dollars. I file a police report.
