My husband purchased a purse from the store and I choose to select a different one. My husband and I both went to look for a different purse and spend over an hour in the store. Finally, I selected a purse that I wanted and took it to the register. The salesperson and manager told me that I had to buy 8.00 more worth of merchandise because they won't credit me for the 8.00 difference.
There was nothing in the store to select for 8.00 so I had to choose a different purse, one of which I did not want to purchase. My total came to 6.03 more than my original purchase. The manager told me that I may not return or exchange my purse now that I exchanged the original one.
I will never shop at this store again if this is the way the business in done. I will be sure to let everyone know of my experience. This brought on much emotional trauma and stress to me and can't believe how this was handled.
