We had ATT DSL Service. The service was very slow and no functional. We complained to ATT and they said we can upgrade from basic to a "super fast" service. The rate would go up to $38/month plus we needed to buy a $106 modem. Service was frequently interrupted by "lost connection restart your browser" messages (approx every 20 min). This month the bill went up to $55 per month!!! We called and ATT said, "Oh, that rate was for 6 month only". We asked, we did not know this and why did we buy a new modem? ATT REPLY, "SORRY THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO (this was after being on hold for 45 min)!!!
