@02:16AM 11/21 I received a text from 909-973-8793 saying I had WON a $1000.00 gift card. It asked me to go to Target Contests.com and enter winning code #84728 to claim your FREE $1000.00 Target gift card today. Received the EXACT same message at 04:43AM same day, but it was from 909-973-8961.
