I too foolishly signed up for a free trial - think it was offered as a "reward" through my charge card's reward points. I never once used one aspect of the service, got no email reminders or mail. 3 months later, I called to cancel (hoping for a refund of UNUSED service), and was given extremely hard sell to not cancel and try to renew. I simply couldn't end this guys' pressure! No means no right? Anyway, I am FURIOUS to see yet another charge on this month's bill. Disgusted I have to call back again
