Wouldnt not show me why i couldnt cancel

I cant cancel, i cant see a bill why, i cant talk to anyone, i can pay pay pay, that was my only options. No one would let me talk to anyone else, i wasn't getting crazy cause i know that sets them off. I just dont want to pay for a line that isn't being used, but they didn't care and they did not help at all. Pay this 15 a month for 8 months, or pay 200. CRAZY sorry for the caps but CRAZY right
