I got a text message at 6:06AM on Nov 20th from (951) 347-0996 stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetComtests.com and enter your winning code 3748 to claim your FREE $1000 Target Gift card within 24hrs". When I went and tried to browse the site, I notice it was not displaying. That was a scam
