My wife ordered this product and was convinced that she need to upgrade to the better cushion by the phone operator at this company. We receive one cushion of the standard type and one that was upgraded. These people talk out of both sides of their mouth. I called and they said they would give us a credit on our credit card, but that never happened. Can't believe they are still on TV advertising this product. I guess they haven't run out of fools
