This is an on line company. They advertise a cushion for a certain price once they have your card number they offer an upgraded version. To me that would mean the first one is (inappropriate content removed). If you try to resind the order you are told there is no access for 24 hours.By that time the item is shipped. It's a scam and many other tv offers of buy one get one free operate in the same fashion.
