Ripoff steals money from employees, refuses to talk to employees, hides in back office

The owner Keith Edwards, takes huge amounts of money out of paychecks to pay for damaged goods during freight transportation, and also reports loss to insurance company, so he is getting paid twice for the loss. He refuses to talk or meet with the employee after this is done. All office employees are given orders not to let the employee contact him in any way.
