I was employed by 'Owner' Eric Kindley of Courtservices INC. As an Extradition Agent. Mr Kindley owes a substantial amount of money to myself, and other employees, as well as Local and state Agencies across the US. Myself and my partner, worked 24/7 for Eric Kindley transporting prisoners to requesting agencies. We were suppost to receive 200 a day pay that we were out. Lodging and fuel were suppost to be paid by Mr Kindley. But numerous times throughout my employment with him, he said that he would reimburse me for using my own money. Which never got paid for any work that I done for 3 months time, nor did I ever receive a reimbursement for the money that I funded to "Feed the prisoners because Mr. Kindley refused to send us money to continue transporting the prisoners. Mr. Kindley set a budget of 200 to 300 dollars a day to transport, that would include at least 1200 miles of driving, fuel, food for prisoners, and the housing of prisoners by local agencies so that me and my partner could receive down time, after driving 20 hours out of the day. Mr. Kindley refuses to pay these agencies that he scams, and uses throughout the years, its time that he is considered to be 'RESPONSIBLE' for his Debts and Neglience. Mr. Kindley refuses to pay me and other employees and agencies he is in Debt with. I tried to contact Mr. Kindley numerous times about my pay and he refuses to talk with me, and when I have been able to talk with him he either cowardly hangs up quick, or puts me on hold and doesn't have any intention of picking the phone back up. I myself and other employees have filed claims against Mr. Kindley through the Department of Laborer and Wage, but the investigator has been chasing Mr. Kindley for quite sometime Mr. Kindley avoids the Investigator also. Eric Kindley/Court services INC. Is also under investigation from the FBI due to Mr. Kindleys neglience of having 2 employees trying to board an aircraft with weapons, at LAX the employees stated that they were Peace Officers and had papers saying they were able to carry on Airplanes. Which intial reports states that the 2 employees were in FACT NOT peace officers and were taking into custody. Mr. Kindley is a scam artist and he needs to be stoped, infact he fired an employee for "Unautorized personel time" which the employee is in the US Army Reserves, and couldn't miss Drill or he would be considered A-wall. Which the employee filed a report recently through the US Army. Eric Kindley falsafied Insurance Documents lied to the employees that the transportation vans had insurance in fact they did not. My former supervisor was on salary making 50.000$ a year Mr. Kindley reported to the IRS that he only made 23,000$ causing the former supervisor a lot of problems. Mr. Kindley is not in code with DOT to be transporting prisoners, and he is a risk to the public, and the prisoners that he has transported. The transportation Agents here out of this state we have never been drug tested, and the people he hires are not properly trained, and do not have the Corrections Exp to be doing the type of job that this is. This is very unsafe to the prisoners and also the communities that are being transported through. Mr. Kindley is in an aloted ammount of violations throughout his running of his company. Am not going to get into everything, have very crediable information but not going to post, will be looking forward to hearing from a lawyer and other former employees of his. And will very soon see Mr. Kindley in Court.
