Have no idea how this happened. My card went missing sometime around november thirteenth 2012 Ithink i was at the anytime teller on church street in murfreesboro tennessee. I don't know anything about this segpayeu.com. All I want is to get my money refunded. This has caused nothing but trouble between me and my wife.
