I am one of the many I have read that has orderen the H20 mop, I ordered 2 one for my sister 1 for myself, I received 1 after a number of emails and am still waiting for the second it must be over a month ago!!! Something needs to be done about these people any suggestions of whom we can take this too!!! Again like others have said there is no phone number and I am sick of sending emails!!! Can we dispute the card payment??? Really sickens me that people get away with this
