Dyson is set up where consumers HAVE TO call customer service, if you ever tried to register your vacuum online it doesn't let you... That's because we want you to call into our customer service line and we rely on the excellent service provided to you by our customer service reps to refer our product to your friends & family. If you have purchased a vacuum and looked at the owners manual and felt it was not enough information... That's because we want you to call customer service. If you have ever have called into customer service & received excellent customer but you were upset at Dyson and you did a survey and expressed your displeasure with the company it actually went AGAINST the Representative you spoke to. I am asking you all that if you are frustrated with DYSON and you HAVE TO CALL into customer service DO NOT COMPLETE A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY. It is costing Dyson $40-$50 to build vacuums they are charging you $400-$600 for. Do not call customer service unless you REALLY have to!!! And please boycott the customer satisfaction survey!!! If you have customer complaints please mail them to:
