Bought a North Face down jacket from 'North Face Discounted UK' On receiveing the jacket the sleeves were too short and ill fitting in general. On requesting to return for a refund I was asked to take photographs by a girl called Lisa, asked why I didn't contact within 3 days etc. I repeatedly asked for a return address which they would not provide. I am well within my rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to return the jacket for a full refund and have informed them of this with a formal letter. I have also contacted the official North Face UK branch who have forwarded the sites details on to there legal team. I am determined to take this further.
