I ordered the kit for $5.95. I received the kit. A couple of weeks later, they sent another kit without my authorization. My husband refused to accept the kit. However, they still charged our credit card $69.95. I called Sears and disputed the claim. They reversed the charge for a short time. However, they returned the charge against our credit card after we failed to reach Dead Sea Kit.com to have the charge removed from our account. Every time we tried to call Dead Sea Kit.com, we heard a message asking for the party's extension. We never were connected to a representative.
You would think there would be something that all of us could do to protect ourselves. Tthese scams have taught us a very valuable lesson, not to trust anyone.
