Motime sent me three text messages, unsolicited and billed my Rogers account for $13.00. I sent stop to the third message. I called the 800 number shown and told them to reverse the charges. They said I accessed the internet with the phone and subscribed and would have had to confirm. I do not use my phone to access the internet very often and certainly not to subscribe to some stupid ringtones. No one else has had access to my phone. They said they cannot reverse the charges but they certainly accessed my account to bill them and steal from me for a service which I did not sign up for.
