Repeated 19.06 charge that happened before and must stop

I keep getting charged on Facebook. Please call me. Thank you. 19.06 is what it charges me. I wanted to know if you could get back to me ASAP, because this happened once before and I wanted to know why it keeps charging. I need it to stop because it charges me money.
