Received text message saying I won a gift card and go to Targetcontests.com and enter the 4 digit code to get prize.in the rules it was clear that you have to give info and sign up for some deals. I do not have text messaging on my cell phone so each time I get this type of message it cost me. 20 as I am on the do not call list I did not expect this to happen. Not a happy camper!!
