At 11:40 P.M., On 11/17, I Recieved A Text Message From 612-719-4698, Telling Me To Go To http//: targetwinners, & Enter A Pin Number To Claim My $1000.00 Gift Card From Target. I Have No Idea If This Is Legetimate Or Not? But I'm A Firm Believer That If It Sounds Too Good Too Be True, Don't Bite! Cause There Is A Hook Somewhere.? Isnt There Someway To Track These Scams, Or Find Out If They Are Legitimate? Anyway, All I Can Do Is Block The Number. And Pray That I Dont Get Anymore Calls.
