On the 1st October, I purchased a free trial of their products advertised on-line. From the comments of customers, I understood the conditions of the purchase, and immediately phoned to the company and canceled my subscription.
However, I was billed by IvoryWhite for $48 on the 15th October, and for $82 on the 14th November. BellaBrite charged me for $76 on the 15th October and for &94 on the 12th November. It was not autorised by me and I never received any products from them, except the free trial.
I have a strong suspicion that it is not two companies, but only one acting under two different names.
