I had this contractor working on my home since last year since august he started out ok, but since we started our new turn key project contract he baerly worked 7 hours a day but it got worse as the money was starting to thin out he would show up to work less 4hours a day and worse i would be lucky if i saw him twice a week he would complain that he could not finish his turn key project until other parts of the house were fixed first we made more contracts to finish the work i paid in full he would baerly show up to finish he quit on me to start another project on another house when money on my house was running out. He did not finish the outside of my house on the stucco that was paid for since 2012 he left the roof without the majority of the metal roofing finished my house addition leaked when it rained from which he promised 3 times he covered it with the roof paper and 3 times it leaked he had bare wires from the unfinished electrical work sticking out and live on part of the addition that was leaking wires were very close to a bad leak when it rained i told him about it he never did nothing about it the whole inside if the house has alot of work to be done and he already used up 3 quarters of the money which is not even enough to finish the turnkey project he quit on me on 4-13 and im in the process of suing him i do not recommend him to my worst enemy
