After trialling a face cream on a 30 day free trial, I cancelled the order via email as I was dissatisfied with the product, a few days later they have debited my credit card. I have emailed numerous times and only get an automated response saying someone will contact me in 1-2 days but they don't and when I try to ring them on the toll free no. Provided i get the busy signal not matter what time of day or night I ring and it is supposed to be 24hrs 7 days a week no.
