I ordered a free sample online in february useing my debit card. I received the cream 2 weeks later then 2 weeks after that i noticed a payment gone out of my bank for £79.99. I tried ringing the number given on a notice within the parcel numerous times on different days and times getting the same message every time. Saying "all our agents are busy at the moment please hold are ring back later. On the 14of april I received another package of the cream rushed to my bank and saw a payment taken out for £84.00 sterling. Still cannot get a reply or response to email
