I ordered a trial of these products. I received them 6days later. I started the free 14 days trial offer the same day. I used the items for 10 days but they had no effect on my weight. I decided therefore to send them back to stop any payments being taken, it was then I noticed that the payments totalling £112 had already been taken from my Credit card account 14 days From and including the
evening of the e-mail order, so if I had a 14 days FREE trial how could this include the date of the order. I also, on checking found there was no address given for the return of
any unused items. I tried numerous times to
contact the seller, Slimtone, by Phone several times but could only get a recorded message saying all their agents were busy and to hold or ring back but decided to hold, but to no avail, I even on the last occassion I phoned I held for 24 Minutes but still to no avail, I then decided to e-mail but only received an automated reply. I strongly recommend that no-one use this company as it looks to me very much like a scam. I am now instructing my Credit Card Provider to recall any payments made to 'SlimtonePlus.com
