I have a situation and I need an advice as I'm a victim of scam.
Company: KGB Deals
story: i bought a TASTECARD deal and it says refer it to people and if
it's their 1st deal and they are new users, you will get paid £6
(referral payment).
I bought a deal. I referred to 2 people.initially i wasn't paid for
them at all, after a debate i've got 6quid for one user but didn't get
for a second one.
A friend of mine sent me printscreens showing that:
1. His welcome letter what proves that he was a new user.
2. Printscreen of his back office where you can see his 2 deals he
got, the 1st deal was TASTECARD, the deal i have to be paid for, and
the second was made in 2hrs.
3. I have printscreen of amex statement where it clearly shows that
the first deal was charged for was the TASTECARD too, second charge
for another deal.
Kgb deals keep saying and don't want to change their mind for 2 weeks
already that the deal which i supposed to be paid for, TASTECARD, was
a second deal and the first deal was another. Friend of mine got
TASTECARD deal 1st as he supposed to do, after 2hrs he got second,
another, deal. Now the problem is that kgb deals telling me that the
first deal was the other deal and after 8hrs was bought TASTECARD. Now
the situation is their word agains my prooves. I'm trying to explain
them as engineer that there might be some system error or some delay
and that it's rude to keep denying it for 2 weeks and it's for £6
only, but they literally are calling me a liar. I was offering them to
send prooves for 2 weeks and still didn't get an email where can i
send it. Finally i found public sharing server where I have uploaded
prooves. But now games getting dirty, today friend of mine said that
the order of deals in his backoffice was changed and the TASTECARD is
made as a second deal, and the other deal as first. This is where I
decided that it's enough!!! And decided to seek for help as it's
obvious scam and very low dirty way of making out of me an idiot.
Please, advice me what can I do in this case as this case becomes more
about principles, morals and humanity, they can't be scamming people
like that and stay unpunished.

If you will check dates when files were created you will see that
modified one was created very recently.
Please, help me to find justice and stop public scamming!!! As i
believe i'm not the first person who suffered but if no one did
anything, i would like to be the first as it's just unfair in a front
of law and morality.
