I receive text message alerts for anything drafted from my bank account. Well two days ago I had a mysterious MSFT Billing charge in the amout of 21.46 that I knew I did not charge myself. I called my husband & also verified with him that he had not charged anything through MSFT. We do have XBox live but just had the monthly amount for the bill come out a little less than a week ago (plus this isn't even the same amount) so them accidentally charging double for the monthly bill is NOT an excuse. This is insane & I will fight to get our money back. This is hard earned money that they are just freely STEALING from people.
