I saw their ad on the internet. I saw their offer of a trial - pay for shipping and handling. I gave them my credit card number; I was warned of their being a very bad spam risk. I tried to cancel my order for the trial size; there was no place I could cancel. I called this A.M. And spoke to Carlo. Even though I had called my credit card company and they put my charge under protest and they gave me a credit, I was told by Carlo that it would be charged again and it would do no good to protest further. What can I do?
