Signed up for a "free" trial. Received product, but before i had even time to give it a try, noticed a charge for $97.88 on my card (used to pay the shipping). Called to cancel and Carlo was very rude and would not even let me speak. He kept cutting me off, clearly he gets these calls often and it's just an ON button for him. My trial was unopened and never used, but I was told that it was "not possible" for him to let me return the unopened package for a refund. I can't imagine knowingly working for a company that does this to people.
