I was contacted by Blue Hippo via email and also saw a commercial concerning a purchase of a desk top computer regardless of my credit. Blue Hippo provided the financing with no credit check.
Along with the computer they offered an upgrade pack, 20" LCD television free and 3 in 1 bundle free. I received the computer only and come to find out it was not at all what I ordered. It was a refurbished Gateway E100SB valued at Approximately $500.
The information from Blue Hippo has been false and misleading. I have contact Blue Hippo with this problem and asked for a refund or another computer and other worth the amount I have paid in $1,376.42. But I get no response from them.
This company has already been reported by other persons to the Attorney General in several states. My computer has quit working. It was a piece of junk.
I am pleading for help on this matter and I have notified the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and Georgia Attorney General Office. Help1111111111111111111
