I ordered 5 bags on November 2nd I paid $10 for shipping and they still came November 15th, finally. I opened the box and they were knock offs. I immediately started to tape the box back up and then sent them an email requesting a refund and an address to ship the items back. I have yet to receive a response. I sent one from their website and one from my personal email. This morning before I started to research them online and came across this site, I emailed them again from my personal email informing them this was my third email. I have yet to receive a response. The only response I received so far was regarding the tracking and I got the response the following day after I sent the email the previous day. I pray they respond with my refund information. I find it sketchy that they have to authorize an approval and then send you an address to ship your items too. Also you are charged a handling fee if you open the box and sign for it and you don't have to pay the fee if you didn't open the box. I mean how would one know anything about their order without opening up the package? When I did open it up the wallet zipper track was off, a purse zipper was broke and the leather was cracked on another bag, on the all leather bag; it wasn't leather at all and none of them had serial numbers or the correct C's that coach has.
